and you shall be called......

The new baby needs a name.

We have a boy name, but are not settled on a girl name. I thought we were but super dad is not so sure. I figured where better to get some great ideas than from my fabulous readers! I think we both have procrastinated finding a girl name because we are so sure the baby is a boy, but just in case, we should probably be prepared with a girl name too.

So, leave a comment. Give me some of your best suggestions. What shall we call this child if she happens to be a she??

New on my list of names...Boys-Jace, Keagan, and Hayden...Girls-Mackenzie, Lindsey, Courtney...but I keep having dreams about twins Madelyn and Meredith. But since I can't convince #1 Dad that we need to try for another girl I'm guessing they belong to someone else. But of course I love all of our kids names...Ashley Nicole, Jenna Brooke, Tyler Reece, Kyle Anthony, Ryan Christopher, and Chase Matthew. Good luck!

If it's a girl - name it after your Mom. (I'm not sure what your Mom's name is.. Mrs. Masi, hahaha) or name after your grandma or great grandma. Even though I have no children, I figured I would always name them after my sister (for a girl) or father and grandfather (if a boy) I think that's nice.

Our girl name would have been Claire. Feel free to use it if you want ;) We have a Trenton and an Oliver and are happy with that.

I think Ella is a great name! Other favorites: Mckenna, Kyla, Lilia, Karis, Sophia, Addison. Before deciding on Ella, we were going with Avery Caroline. Good luck. I am sure it will be a boy!

One of my fav. names is Gabriella. When we named Maiella (which was my grandmother's last name) I gave up that name. Couldn't have both. I also love Ava, Madelyn and Madison.

I'll pitch the name I wanted for baby #2 if it was a girl.. Elise. It's pretty on its own, and you can use Ellie (or Ella or Elle) as a nickname. I think it'd sound good with your other kids' names. I can't remember if I jniw your last name, so I can't try it out with that.

Are you waiting until the birth day to find out the sex? Definitely be prepared with both names. Mother's intuition told me I was having a girl the first time, and I was right. Intuition said a girl the second time, and well, he's definitely not a girl.

Remind me of baby's due date?

I like Meredith, too, but it just doesn't seem like you...I also really like Abigail.
