Happy partying!
Hey Steph, you know that you've inspired me quite a bit and I've been following this blog since the start.
Hmmmm, I have reusable grocery bags and have completely stopped with paper towels, to name a few things.
Just blogged about you so I can get my chance to win!!
This sounds great!! Reusable shopping bags are our favorite thing right now. We also love our non-toxic cleaners.
I just found your blog! Love it! I would love to be entered into the drawing for the magazine!!!
Going green just seems like the natural thing for me to do. I do many “green” things, and I continue to find more, even when I think I’ve already found everything! I’ve been an avid recycler for years! I’m especially proud of using cloth diapers since 2003, and since this past September my husband, son, and I made the switch from toilet paper to “bum cloths”! Surprisingly I had never thought about using “bum cloths” and came across an article about more things to do for the environment. I can’t believe I never thought of using them before! I just wish I would have used them when I was pregnant, I would have saved some trees and $$$, but better late than never!
I LOVE LOVE Kiwi Mag! After booking a flight to visit my cousin, I purchased carbon offset as well. We're big on reusable shopping bags and our new thing is using gDiapers! LOVE them. I wish we could use pocket diapers (we're urban with no w/d) but gDiapers are the next best thing!
I would LOVE this! I have never heard of this magazine, but now I'm totally in love!!!
My "green" tip(s)
- Turn off the heater during the day when we are all at work.
- Turn off all the lights if we are not in a room
- Buy in bulk to cut down on trash
- Eat healthier and fresher, so trash from dinner is limited to things that biodegrade faster.
I want to be more green!!!
