chemical free sunscreen

I started off buying Aveeno Baby Sunscreen for the kids this summer because I had to use up Matt's flex spending and it was the most "natural" looking sunscreen I could find. Well, after researching it, I found out while it doesn't aggravate Charlies eczema, it is not all that natural either. So I am on the hunt for a great, chemical free sunscreen that will actually work. Burt's Bees was the first one I discovered, but a friend of mine has tried it and said it was hard to rub in. So, faithful readers of mine.... whatcha lathering your kiddos up in this summer? Leave me a comment with suggestions, reviews, professions of love, what ever! We leave for the beach Saturday so I appreciate your help!

Not sure how "natural" this product is, but have you tried Arbonne products? https://www.arbonne.com/shop_online/shopOnline.asp
My sister used their sunscreen for little one since he had VERY sensitive skin, and it was the only thing that worked. I am planning on getting some for Ella. A former student's mother is a consultant if you want to make a purchase. She gave me the baby products as a gift last year, and I love it!

Try California Baby. I love all their products and am very happy with their sunscreen.

California Baby and Blue Lizard!! Love them both. Check out the cosmetics database if you haven't already. It is an AWESOME resource for all types of products.

I just read about Blue Lizard, chemical free apparently. They have it at drugstore.com.

I've used California Baby for the past year and although it is a bit thick don't have much of a problem rubbing it on. Purchased mine @ Whole Foods. It's great stuff!

california baby products are all excellant!!!
also, try baby lizard and blue lizard. they use the physical barriers (zinc oxide & titanium dioxide)to block suns rays, instead of chemical barriers.

After doing some digging online I found Aubrey Organics sunscreens, which are wonderful :-) I have to be really careful with what my family uses because my daughter is on Feingold and my son has sensitive skin. So far we're really happy with it and it wasn't very expensive either (about $8)
